Bank Statement Converter provides AI-powered conversion services to transform PDF bank statements into Excel, CSV, and other formats. We support statements from 1,000+ banks worldwide.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Usage Limits

Free users are limited to 1 conversion per 24 hours. Registered users receive 5 conversions per day. Subscribers enjoy unlimited conversions. We reserve the right to modify these limits with notice.

5. Data Security and Privacy

We use bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL) to protect your data. Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. We never share or sell your financial information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to breach security or authentication measures
• Upload malicious files or content
• Abuse or overload our systems

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for 99%+ accuracy in our conversions, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for all statements. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted data before use.
